Creator Agreement

This agreement is between Starhaven Technologies ("Yuppie Trade", "we") and the approved creator ("you"). You join as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent. This is non-exclusive: you may promote other products, except you may not run paid ads on the Yuppie Trade name or impersonate us.

You earn a commission on subscription payments we actually collect from customers who sign up through your link or code, at your current tier: Creator: 20% for 12 months per referral (starting tier); Partner: 25% for 12 months per referral (25+ active paying referrals); Elite: 30% for 12 months per referral (100+ active paying referrals). Your tier is set by how many active paying customers you've referred and is recalculated as that changes.

Commission is calculated on each payment net of card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) and excludes taxes. Free trials, complimentary plans, and payments from your own accounts earn nothing.

Referrals are credited for 30 days after a click on your link. If a customer used more than one link, the first one counts.

Each commission is held for 30 days. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled (or deducted from a later payout if already paid).

Cleared commission is paid monthly on or around the 15th, once your balance is at least $50. Smaller balances roll over. You must provide a valid payout method and a completed W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) before your first payout. You are responsible for your own taxes.

To keep complimentary Pro, publish at least 4 posts or videos per calendar month that feature Yuppie Trade, and log each one in your creator dashboard.

If no post is logged for 60 days, your creator account pauses automatically: complimentary Pro ends and new referrals aren't credited until you're active again. Commission you already earned is still paid.

Disclose clearly in every post or video that you earn a commission (for example: "I earn a commission if you sign up with my link"), as FTC rules require.

Never promise or imply profits, income, or win rates. If you show results, show losses too and say results vary. Never present Yuppie Trade, or yourself, as giving personal investment advice or as regulated by any authority.

No spam, no misleading claims, no self-referrals, no coupon or cashback sites, and no bidding on our brand name in search ads.

You may use our name, logo, screenshots, and brand kit only to promote Yuppie Trade under this agreement, without altering them. You give us permission to share and link to your public posts about Yuppie Trade.

Either side can end this agreement at any time. We may pause or end it immediately for a breach of these rules, in which case unpaid commission tied to the breach is forfeited. Otherwise, cleared commission earned before the end date is paid on the normal schedule.

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice; continuing after that means you accept the new version.

Our liability under this agreement is limited to commission owed to you. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Questions: support@yuppietrading.com.
