Questions
Subscriptions, cancellation, and what's included.
Which brokers and exchanges are supported?
You keep trading at your own broker; Yuppie Trade never holds your money or places orders. Pro members can connect Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, Webull, Interactive Brokers, E*TRADE and more through SnapTrade with read-only access, so filled trades flow into the journal automatically. Anyone can import a CSV export from Robinhood, Webull, Schwab, or Interactive Brokers.
What are the Yuppie Trade indicators?
Three TradingView indicators: Yuppie Signals (buy/sell when trend, momentum, and volume agree, confirmed on candle close, with a stop and three targets), Opening Range Breakout, and a multi-timeframe Confluence Dashboard. The rules behind each are published on our Indicators page, so you always know why a signal appeared.
How do I get access to the indicators?
They are published as invite-only scripts on TradingView. When subscriptions open, you'll add your TradingView username to your account and we'll grant access to your username. Access ends when your subscription ends. A free TradingView account works for viewing the indicators; TradingView's own plans set limits such as how many indicators and alerts you can use.
Are the signals guaranteed to be profitable?
No. No indicator or bot can guarantee profits. Signals are mechanical outputs of fixed rules and will be wrong regularly; our own examples include losing signals. Use the stop levels, size positions small, and test on paper first.
Can I earn by referring people?
Yes, through the Creator Program: recurring commission on subscriptions you refer, free Pro access while you're active, and a dashboard showing every click, sign-up, and commission. You must disclose the relationship in your content and can't make profit claims.
Does it work with TradingView?
Yes. You can export any strategy as TradingView Pine Script and see its buy and sell signals on TradingView's charts today. Sending TradingView alerts into Yuppie Trade as strategy signals is in development; every alert will still have to pass your risk limits. Signals come from the rules you set, not from recommendations by us.
What can the AI actually do?
The AI Strategy Lab turns a plain-language idea into a structured strategy draft — entry and exit rules, sizing, and limits — that you can read and edit. It does not predict markets, it can misunderstand you, and it can produce strategies that lose money. Every draft is validated and must pass your risk limits before it can run, even in paper trading.
How reliable is backtesting?
Backtesting shows how a set of rules would have behaved on historical data under stated assumptions such as fees and slippage. It cannot account for everything — liquidity, gaps, and changing market conditions all matter. Backtested results do not guarantee future performance.
What is paper trading?
Paper trading runs your strategy against market data using simulated money. No real orders are placed. Every paper strategy is labeled as simulated throughout the product so it can't be confused with a live account.
What do I need for live trading?
Live trading is not available yet. When it is, you'll need an account with a supported broker, you'll authorize Yuppie Trade through the broker's official flow, and you'll explicitly confirm each strategy before it trades real money. We'll only enable live trading after completing security and regulatory reviews.
How do subscriptions work?
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial (14 days if a member or creator invited you). Founding members (the first 100) pay $29/month for Signals or $59/month for Pro, about 40% off, and keep that price while they stay subscribed. Regular prices are $49 and $99. Payments go through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. When billing launches you'll be able to cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; we'll publish the exact refund terms on the Pricing page and in the Terms of Service before charging anyone.
What happens to my data?
We collect only what we need to run the service. We never ask for your broker password, we store integration tokens encrypted on our servers, and we never send them to your browser. We don't sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I get support?
Use the Contact & Support page. We aim to reply within two business days.
